the first day australia :sydey airport,jetstar baggage delay, student residence

sydey airport

when i arrived at sydeny airport

i had only one thought about

not to miss my airplane

because i didn't have enough time

 

so i forgot to take a picture

i guess i'm far from becoming the power bloger...

now,

let's through the steps of

how to transfer at sydey airport

 

first,

you should look for a machine like the one in the picture

to get your ticket

additionaly,

these machines are available in various location

so, there's no need to get your ticket right at the exit where you disembarked

 

then,

you should go through automated immigration with your ticke

 

after completing the immigration process

you retrieve your luggage

 

and then,

you should give your arrival card to airport staff

the airport staff will inform you which exit number to use

 

in my situation,

other pepole were cheking their luggage

so, i thought

i should do the same

however, i simply passed without checking my luggage which left me puzzled

lololol

this stage is when you exit the airprort

 

lastly,

you should take a bus to terminal 2

afterward, you need to chek in by your self

you have to attach the luggage sticker on your own

 

at the moment,

i did't realize that i wouldn't see my luggage for a whole week

 

while feeling lonely,

i met a korea persone on the airplane, and it made me glad.

i had felt like the only asian on the airport

arrived perth airport

after having a good rest, i arrived at perth airport

however, my flight was delated

which made me a bit anxious

because

i had reserved pick-up service

fortunately, the driver was still waiting for me.

 

until then,

i had been unware of what was going to happen to me.

while waiting for my luggage,

out of two pieces of luggage,

only the carry-on came out,

and the rest of the luggage did not come out

thanksfully,

the driver helped me the reception at jetstar's service center on my behalf,

and then, i received two pieses of paper

i was very nervous because my english was not very good

campus perth

actually,

i wanted to try a homestay.

but, i couldn't find one available.

so i chose a student residence as an alternative.

 

however,i turned out to really great!!

i really liked the place

 

first,

the room accommodates 4 people

it's quite spacious!

and there is a small kitchen and bath room

i met my roommates;

one is korean

ans the other is italian.

 

it was fascinating to meet a fellow korean!

 

i felt a bit sad

that i could't have many conversation with my roommates

because my english is not good

 

i am looking forward to improving my english skills.
